Mike and Janelle

To hear Mike and Janelle's story is heartwarming to say the least. Both are business professionals in the Houston area.  Janelle is outgoing and over-the-top fun.  Mike is the quiet thinker.  Together, they are a romantic couple that I enjoyed photographing.

I met them downtown and we had a night-time engagement photo shoot along the Riverwalk.  On their wedding day, I met with Janelle at a downtown salon for her hair and makeup.  

When we got back to her room, Mike had left her a card on her shoes.  She wrote him an equally romantic card that I delivered to his room.  

It was a beautiful ceremony at the chapel inside La Villita.  I think the most incredible part of photographing this couple, was getting to know their friends and family who came to support them from Houston, Corpus Christie, and beyond.  Janelle's maid of honor, Annette is one of those best friends who would do anything for you.  Janelle calls her "Daniel"... she explained it... it's a long story.  Needless to say, these two go back a long way.  

There was a lot of love in the air that night...
